Woodcut Custom Signs

Woodcut Custom Signs is the premier provider of laser-engraved, free-hand routed personalized cedar signs. We provide personalized signs that reflect the personality & interest of the user. Our decorative signs are great additions to your home, cabin, lodge, RV or anywhere you’d like to display them. Our customized signs have been seen recently at the Wisconsin State Fair, Minnesota State Fair, The Big E and malls around SE Wisconsin.

Challenge

With a growing customer base and a drive to expand their business, Woodcut Custom Signs was looking for opportunities to generate revenue outside of the “State Fair Season” every summer.  Creating an e-commerce site that was easy to maintain and update, as well as easy for customers to navigate became the task for Keystone Click. 

Result

An e-commerce site was created with several features that related back to the needs of Woodcut Custom Signs.  Through the use of a Drupal Content Management System (CMS), Woodcut can now upload their products into their site and make them easily accessible to customers.  Not only does the site create the opportunity for Woodcut to expand its customer base through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), but it also integrates their Social Media Networks into each product page, as well as their home page.  With Custom Shopping Cart pages, the customer can edit and view their product as they tailor it to their specific wants and needs.  The easy customization of the site content for Woodcut also allows them to “Feature” certain products based on the season or time of year.  A site search feature is also included in the site so that customers can easily locate a desired product.
